"I have not had a pleasant experience today with this office. I received an email stating I would receive a call back after lunch. After several hours of waiting, I received no call. After calling back I was put on hold three times and hung up on once. After calling back again, I was finally able to speak to Gladys who rudely informed me she was dealing with another client. After reminding her I had been waiting on a call back for several hours she aggressively responded “how would I like to proceed?” Then rushed me off the phone to speak with another client. When she did finally call me back, she then arrogantly quoted me an extremly high rate. I declined the offer, called another state farm agent & was quoted a rate that was less than half of the quote this office gave me. I guess this was a blessing in disguise. Disappointing & frustrating experience. Lesson learned. Shop around even if the agents are under the same company. Update: the office manager did call me back and was extremely nice. I didn’t ask or want an apology but she did give me a sincere one. That was very nice."
